The Öhlbergkellergasse in Pillersdorf is a two-line cellar lane and is one of the most original cellar lanes in the Austrian Weinviertel. In 1995 this cellar lane was chosen as the most beautiful cellar lane in Lower Austria in a competition to revitalize the cellar lanes.
Some of the wine cellars on both sides of the hollow path on the Öhlberg are over 600 years old, and press houses were also added from the 18th century onwards. What is special about this cellar lane is the naturalness and originality of the whitewashed cellars with the green doors, which have almost evaded modernization.
Die Öhlbergkellergasse in Pillersdorf ist eine zweizeilige Kellergasse und zählt zu den ursprünglichsten Kellergassen im österreichischen Weinviertel. 1995 wurde sie bei einem Wettbewerb zur Belebung der Kellergassen zur schönsten Kellergasse Niederösterreichs gekürt.
Die Weinkeller beiderseits des Hohlweges am Öhlberg sind teilweise schon über 600 Jahre alt, ab dem 18. Jahrhundert wurden dann auch Presshäuser angebaut. Das besondere dieser Kellergasse ist die Natürlichkeit und Ursprünglichkeit der weiß getünchten Keller mit den grünen Türen, die sich beinahe jeglicher Modernisierung entzogen haben.
